1. P&C Level 2 — North East

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in protection & controls
  • Experience with breakers, transformers, CTs, CCVTs & PTs
  • Mechanical & electro-mechanical relay installation
  • Understanding of fundamentals of relay implementation and testing

2. P&C Level 3 — North East

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in protection & controls
  • Experience with breakers, transformers, CTs, CCVTs & PTs
  • Mechanical & microprocessor relay installation
  • Must know how to redline drawings
  • Implement relay settings
  • Test relay settings with a Doble 6150
  • Ability to perform end-to-end testing

3. Startup Coordinator / Project Manager — North East

Requirements

  • Ability to run construction projects at a high electrical level
  • Ability to schedule project testing
  • Ability to track and manage installation of relay panels, breakers, transformers, and other electrical assets
  • Ability to review drawings & test plans

4. Commissioning Engineer — North East

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience with electrical substation commissioning, including (but not limited to) client-supplied checklists in and out of outages
  • Ability to read phase angles
  • Ability to review and understand client drawings, implementing redlines
  • Functional tests of electrical assets
  • Ability to review test results of transformers, breakers, CTs, PTs
  • Ability to test SEL relays and electro-mechanical utility-style relays
